This card could be an interesting tech into T.G. Agents, since it's basically an extra MST you can use if you need.

you want T.G. monsters to have a relatively high attack. (wanghu)
and recycle. Thats why there's surprise cards to protect and boost.

Unless you are trying to protect T.G. Rush Rhino from a surprise Bottomless and destroy another card on the field, I dont see why you couldnt just use MST for a more cost effective tactic. I mean it IS at 3, not to mention Hyperion can do all that handy work for you.
