| Id say yesh they said take them off the banlist. He is pretty much not as powerful as he used to be due to monsters like Photon Striker Bounzer and others |

| the only thing keeping him there at all to me seems to be instant fusion instantly spamming him out to steal an opp. monster and be tribute fodder as well as CoTH'able and viable in Chaos Pipers To Troll Hard. |

atlantean pop. fire king pop. super poly. zekt pop. wind-up pop. rabbit negate the summon/negate effect. spells and traps. nowhere near as broken as tier 1, this restrict is =P |

| Theres ways around Crow, and as for the rest. You only need one when you run COTH and reborn...I just think it can REALLY be abused in this format. Reliquinshed alone already does well. |

| D.D.R ofcourse it would be a sided card :| but it would be the solution to crow :| aswell as to the fact you could run a d.d version and just run a D.D version and main it instead of COTH |

| Any archaetype can be made to otk, with the right support cards...although what i am seeing this format, is what i saw last format with Inzektors and Wind Ups: More control oriented play styles. Fire Fists, Dark worlds, macro rabbit, agents, they all focus on popping cards and then attacking. Otks can easily be stopped, but if your cards are getting popped by effects then cards like Thousand Eyes Restrict will not help much, so i dont see why it is still banned honestly. Thus I really do think it will return. |

| Thousand eyes restrict is very op in this format, not only does it have the MOST controll based style in all of the game, but is the most abuseable! No other monster can attack? I mean sure there are ways to stop him, but if you play a deck that needs him destroyed in the first place (I.E Monster reborn/COH) Thats kinda useless. |
